Bronze Finished Resin is a polymer resin with fine bronze powder added. Sometimes incorrectly called cold cast bronze as when the catalyst is added, it becomes too hot to touch. However, it has the beautiful metallic look and the detail of genuine bronze at a fraction of the price.

They can be quite fragile, which is why the horses tend to have three feet on the ground. The skill is to sculpt this, without losing the natural movement of the animal. Although they can be repaired, the ears are vulnerable to knocks and bumps.

Sometimes the sculptures are available in white resin, so they can be painted.
