Postage & Returns

Payment

We use Paypal for your secure transaction, which enables you to pay immediately by debit or credit card. You do not have to have a Paypal account to use this method. Should you wish to pay via alternative method, such as cheque, postal order or bank transfer, please contact us on 07841 500719. Please note items will not be shipped until cleared payment is received.

You can also pay via telephone with your debit or credit card.

Viewings

We welcome local customers to visit us to view and purchase our sculptures by prior appointment. We are based in Winfrith Newburgh, Dorchester, Dorset.

Delivery

Delivery charges for UK only are as follows:
up to £14.99 – £3.95
£15 to £29.99 – £6.95
£30 upwards – £8.95

All sculptures are insured whatever their value, and are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded, Special Delivery or 48 hour courier on a trackable service. Silver jewellery is sent via recorded delivery or first class.

Orders are normally shipped within 2 working days of receipt of order. Orders are processed strictly on a first come, first served basis. If any item is out of stock, we will advise you by email of an estimated shipping date. Should you need your order for a specific date, or on a next day delivery, please state this in the comments within Paypal when you place your order. If we are unable to fulfil your delivery requirement for any reason, you will of course have the option to change or cancel your order.

Please allow up to 7 working days for despatch of trophy orders.

You will be emailed once your item has been despatched.

Damage in transit

All our items are professionally packed before despatch. However, in the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. You will be offered a replacement or a refund if a replacement is not available. We will require the packaging to be kept by the recipient plus photographs sent to us of the damage, to enable a refund or replacement to be processsed. We will not normally require damaged items to be returned to us from UK or Internationally.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days from receipt of goods. Should you wish to return your item, you must return it to us within this period in resaleable condition for a refund, less the original postage cost. Unless it is an error on our part, you will also be responsible for return shipping costs.

International buyers

We ship the majority of our items worldwide. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout, if there isn’t an option for your desired country please e-mail us to arrange shipping options.
